Management

The Management of Popular Bank Ltd. Inc. serves an organizational structure that allows it to operate in an efficient manner to provide quality service to its clients. It is established according to the recommendation of the Executive Vice President – General Manager and the approval of the Board of Directors.

The Executive Vice President – General Manager has the responsibility to plan, organize, direct and establish work plans designed to meet the goals and strategic objectives, within the guidelines established and approved by the Board of Directors.

Bank areas are led by five (5) vice presidencies, whose are responsible for the attainment of the key functions of its office.

The training, experience and expertise that must be met by the occupants of each position is described in the profile of each position, as approved in the Organization and Functions Manual. The preparation and upgrading of this Manual is under the responsibility of the Human Resources Management.
